Why should you bother contacting us or using my company to help your business?

In reality you never know how good someone is until you try them out - for example, how many times have you interviewed someone, taken them on and then realised they were a fake!

Attitude

The difference between success and failure is ATTITUDE - it's as simple as that! If you're determined to find a positive solution - you'll find one.

Fortunately I was born with a positive attitude and I'm pretty good at finding solutions to seemingly impossible scenarios.

I'm not really into all the Corporate politics - I hate wasting time on trivial useless activity. Life's too short.

When I work with a business to improve Sales and Profit I focus on very simple, even basic things which aren't always obvious to people actively involved in that business. I have the luxury of not knowing all the day to day problems and politics - so I can quickly find the issues that can be changed to produce long lasting improvements to Sales and Profitability.

Profit Focus

My main focus is on helping companies Increase Profits - I do this primarily by Increasing Sales whilst maintaining or even reducing Advertising Budgets.

Customer Service Excellence

I'm afraid to say that I was actually brainwashed for 15 years by a company I worked for, which became well known (and won many awards) for providing Excellent Customer service. This resulted in them becoming very successful with lots of Clients who loved dealing with them.

So if we do any business together and I start harping on about Customer Service - just remember I was actually brainwashed - they even sent me to some of the best known companies in America to brainwash me even more!

I am actually very proud of the fact that I was part of the Customer Service Excellence machine that continually over delivered to provide the very best service possible. Building stronger relationships with your Customers and Clients (and Website Visitors) will be key to Increasing Sales - this is much easier to manage than you would ever guess.

Experience

Internet Marketing or Online Marketing is a very fast moving area of business - more has probably changed in the last 12 months to make things better for business than happened in the first 100 years of Direct Mail Marketing. I've probably learned more in the last two years than I did in 15 years of tradition business (and I learned a great deal then!)

I'm still learning new ideas, techniques and keeping abreast of the latest developments in Internet Marketing to ensure I can implement the right thing at the right time.
